How to Avoid Premature Ejaculation

The very first thing to understand in trying to avoid premature ejaculation naturally is that almost 90% of the time the problem is psychological meaning it can be controlled using your mind. This means that medication should not be necessary and with a bit of understanding any normal person should be able to avoid their premature ejaculation problem.

As mentioned before there are 4 stages in sexual intercourse which must be properly understood before we proceed further. The 4 phases of sex and orgasm for men are Excitement, Plateau, Orgasm & Resolution. Premature Ejaculation happens when there is a problem with the Plateau stage where-by it is too brief before the man progresses to the Orgasm stage. The good part about this is that the length and intensity of each stage can be manipulated simply practice and mind control.

Assuming you are like 90% of the population with Premature Ejaculation problems are indeed psychological you can practice lengthening your plateau stage. Often men don’t really give much thought about their female sex stages. It’s a fact that females take a much longer time to reach orgasm and as such most males including those that don’t think they have premature ejaculation problems should also consider practicing to lengthen their plateau stage. I’m sure you boys have heard of the man who stayed hard for over 30 minutes, sex god material some say! I can be achieved.

To learn how to modulate your plateau stage it is important to know two things which directly contribute to the movements of stages. These two factors are speed and control. The speed of intercourse can be directly controlled by you. By you controlling the speed you can also control when you want to move to the next stage in the intercourse.

For training purposes you must first determine where your cross-over stages between the plateau and orgasm are. You must feel it and recognize when it is coming so you can act on that impulse to control it at a later stage. You can either do this by yourself or have your partner “help”. Remember to do this step-by-step and not to rush it. There is no pressure. Once you recognize the moment of transition you can then take it to the next step of training where you can control it.

The next step is trying to control and prolong the plateau stage. Before reaching the point-of-no-return you can slow the intercourse down to as much as 20% the previous speed. This will loose that point-of-no-return feeling and bring you back to the plateau stage once more. You can then increase the speed of your intercourse back to normal until you feel that you are about to cross the stages then slow down again.

Granted it will not be easy to modulate your speed as needed during intercourse as it’s almost against nature however with practice this can be achieved easily and will definitely help you avoid premature ejaculation very easily. The one thing to keep in mind is that you are always in control if you wish to be.
