Control Premature Ejaculation

Premature Ejaculation is an embarrassing condition that can severely damage a man’s ego especially if he is confronted by an un-understanding partner. The saving grace is that controlling premature ejaculation isn’t very difficult and with the proper knowledge and guidance you can emerge from this embarrassing condition victorious.

The first thing that I’d like to get into is the definition of premature ejaculation. The most obvious type of premature ejaculation (which luckily isn’t very common) is when a man ejaculates even before intercourse has started. This is the most obvious type of premature ejaculation. Another type of premature ejaculation is when the man climaxes before the woman and thus each party isn’t achieving the same level of sexual pleasure. This could mean that the male climaxes after 10 minutes of intercourse whereas the female takes 20 minutes to climax. Even if the male takes 20 minutes to climax while the female takes 30 minutes is also technically premature ejaculation. It is then in the interest of most men to learn to control their point of climax.

The easiest way to deal with premature ejaculation is to hamper the physical stimulus to the penis and genital area. This effectively numbs the area and requires higher greater levels of stimulation before climaxing. The first method is to get a thicker condom or use multiple condoms. This will help in lowering the amount of direct stimulus on the male and better help him control the point of orgasm.

Extending the previous point, there are also other ways to reduce the stimulus to the penis which requires the use of certain types of medication such as Prozac. Although Prozac is normally regarded as an anti-depressant, it also has a well documented side-effect of delaying a man from climaxing and also lowering his sexual libido.

Alternatively a man can also use anesthetic creams to desensitize his penis so that more stimulation is needed before ejaculation. It normally works relatively well although sometimes is also has the adverse affect of desensitizing his partners privates too which can be quite a unpleasant experience.

It should be noted that the above two methods are really quite temporary and shouldn’t be used as a permanent solution. If you want a permanent solution then you will have to do a bit of self discovery in understanding yourself and your sexual being. The trick is to understand and recognize the stage where you are about to climax and try to modulate and manipulate it so that you can eventually put it off. When the man recognizes the point of climax he can slow down the intercourse or completely stop for a moment before resuming again when the climax point has subsided.

Another tip to consider is to relieve some steam once in a while. If a man hasn’t had sex in some time then the pent up sexual steam may push him to have uncontrollable premature ejaculation. He can masturbate to relieve himself and stand a better chance of controlling his premature ejaculation and climax point during sex at a later stage.
